Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every parcel from our studio. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery in their original unopened condition for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or wrong items are always our problem to fix — see "Damaged or wrong items" below.

Eligible:

• Most stickers, accessories, stationery and bags in original sealed packaging.
• Unworn or unused items with all tags / inserts attached.

Not eligible:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Customised, made-to-order, or personalised items.
• Gift wrap and gift cards.
• Opened sticker packs once the seal is broken.

1. Email hello@inkipinki.comwithin 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the items securely (the original packaging is great) and ship them back. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For now, we don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different colour or size is to return the original and place a new order — that way you'll get the replacement before stock is gone.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We'll send a free replacement straight away, or issue a full refund (including shipping) — whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

International returns follow the same 14-day window. Please mark the parcel as "Returned merchandise — no commercial value" on the customs form to avoid extra duties on our end. Refunds are issued in SGD at the original order amount.
