These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the inki pinki website and the products and services we offer from our cozy Singapore studio. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If anything here is unclear, please reach out before you order — we're happy to help.

All product prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Foreign-currency totals shown on the site are estimates for convenience — checkout is always processed in SGD.

• An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order in the rare case of stock errors or suspected fraud — we'll always notify and refund you in full.
• Quantities are limited to a maximum of 20 of any single SKU per order.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card details. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Stripe-supported wallets are available where your browser supports them.

You authorise inki pinki to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

We ship from Singapore worldwide via SingPost. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout and depend on weight and destination. See our Shipping page for current options and timelines.

Estimated delivery windows are guidance only. Customs handling, weather, and carrier delays may extend the time slightly. Tracking links (where available) are emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. See our Returns & refunds page for the full policy and step-by-step process.

Sale items, gift wrap, customised orders, and gift cards are non-returnable. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

You may create an inki pinki account to save your address, view order history, and check out faster. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us straight away and update your password.

All photography, illustrations, copy, and original product designs on this site are owned by inki pinki or our licensors. Personal browsing is fine — please don't republish, resell, or remix our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, inki pinki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a fresh "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
