Singapore delivery
Domestic orders ship via SingPost. Options are picked automatically based on item size:
- Basic Mail (untracked) — small flats up to 500g · $0.62 · 1–2 business days
- Tracked Letterbox — stickers / cards up to 2kg · $2.00 · 2–3 business days
- Speedpost Standard — parcels up to 30kg · $6.20 · 1–2 business days

International delivery
International orders ship via Speedpost Saver International, a tracked air service from SingPost. Maximum parcel weight is 2kg and longest side 600mm.
Sample rates (250g · ≤500g · ≤1kg · ≤2kg):
- Zone 1— Malaysia & Brunei: $7.10 / $9.30 / $13.70 / $23.60
- Zone 2— Asia & Pacific (excl. Australia, Japan, New Zealand): $9.30 / $16.10 / $26.10 / $48.60
- Zone 3— Australia, Japan, New Zealand & rest of the world: $11.90 / $21.10 / $35.10 / $66.60
Delivery typically takes 6–14 business days. Customs delays can extend this.
Processing time
We hand-pack every order from our Singapore studio. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches and holiday season, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Tracking
Tracked options come with a SingPost tracking number, emailed once your parcel leaves the studio. You can also see tracking on your account orderspage if you're signed in.
Basic Mail is untracked — best for low-cost stickers if you're happy to wait a little and don't need delivery confirmation.
Customs & duties
International orders may attract local import duties, VAT/GST, or customs handling fees depending on your country's thresholds. These are paid by the recipient at delivery and are not included in your order total.
If you're not sure about your country's rules, please check with your local post before ordering — we can't refund duties if a parcel is refused on arrival.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracked parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, please email us with your order number and we'll open a SingPost investigation.
For damaged parcels, send a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a replacement or refund the affected items.
